Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Dramacool.lat reserves the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. We will terminate a user’s access to the service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.
